Can a butterfly's wing flap cause Tsunami ?

Chaos theory says "Yes!"

Chaos theory is a field of study in Physics, Economics, Biology and Philosophy. This theory studies the behaviour of dynamic systems that are sensitive to initial conditions.  This theory is also known as 'Butterfly effect'. Small changes in initial conditions yeild widely diverging outcomes for dynamic systems rendering long term predictions impossible in general. The future behaviour of the system is totally depended on its initial conditions. This unpredictable system is called chaos. According to this theory, experts say that the flapping of the wings of a small butterfly can cause a drastic change in weather.
