A seminar on Ottanthullal and Chakyar Koothu was inaugurated by the Kanjirappally DEO, Smt. Prasannakumari today at the school hall. Famous Ottanthullal Artist Sri.Kalamandalam Janardanan was honoured by the school management and staff on the occasion. In the morning session, a detailed presentation on Ottanthullal was performed by Sri Kalamandalam Jayakumar. He was accompanied by Sri. Kalamandalam Janardanan(Vocal) and Sri. Krishnakumar on Mridangam. In the afternoon session, there was a demo on Chakyarkoothu . Block Panchayt member Sri. Krshnakumar, School Manager Sri. C T Mathew, Head Mistress Smt. Mariamma P Cherian, Well Known Kathakali Expert. Sri Kidangoor Unnikrishnan and Kalamandalam Sri. Janardanan were present in the inaugural function.
