Fall of a suspension bridge !

In 1940, Nov 7th, a hanging bridge called ' Tacoma narrow suspension bridge' was collapsed due to a strong wind! This bridge was located in Washington, USA. When the strong wind blew, the bridge started vibrating and at a particular moment, its natural frequency became in resonance with the vibration produced by the wind and the high amplituded vibration took the bridge into pieces!
